Ingredients:
- 1 can 15 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400F 200C
Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels to remove excess moisture
In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated
Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving
